Washington DC-area Celtics meetup group

Hello CBers!

This is just to let those of you in DC know that there is a Celtics meetup group.  We formed last year, and are trying to put on more events this year.  If you (or a Celtics fan you know) are in the DC area, check us out!

Our first event of the season is tonight -- 7:30 pm at the Grand Slam at the Grand Hyatt.  We've watched a couple of games there last season, and they were great hosts.  Come watch the Celtics in their new chapter, and meet some friendly DMVers in the process.  PM me if you have any questions.

I just saw this.

I don't know about everyone else, but I love meeting other fans.  Wish I were there.  Hope you had a great time, and will continue supporting the team, and each other. (And the Blog, of course!)

Unfortunately I live in NOVA, but I'll certainly try to at least make a few trips out to DC.
