I can't believe this poll has not yet been started (unless it is in some obscure place on this board).

It appears that our core unit for the upcoming season has been established with a few marginal acquisitions still up on the air.....Jasikevicius, Miller, another limited big, etc.  Now i am a little scared since i've seen multiple posts in the high-40
s and even 50 over the past two seasons but putting that behind us......where does everyone stand today on the 2007-08 edition of our Boston Celtics?

I've got us pegged for around 47-48 as of today, likely a 3 or 4 seed and a veteran team ready to make a playoff run.  These veterans know that the real games begin in the spring so i'd expect us to begin peaking come March/April as we head into the playoffs.

Cincinnati quarterback Carson Palmer, an ISFJ and the top pick in the '03 draft, will never be a great player because of the poor physical response to pressure. Niednagel believes Palmer's ideal sport is bowling.

I can't wait to see how many wins Scintan, Brickowski, and Stan predict.   ;D ;D

i had them down for 27 last year, not to far of, i can see 40 this year, they will toy with .500 but lose the last game of the season to fall under .500 for the season.

I hope they're not thinking they can just coast through the regular season and start playing well in March like Miami. I predict 50 wins and 2nd or 3rd seed.

I hope this is an unfunny attempt at humor??  They'll win 40 games before they lose 20.

54 wins - assuming no major injuries. I am an optomist but i believe that unselfish stars make good role players and I think PP,KG, and Ray are all in the right frame of mind to lead a team to a 50 win season

under .500? Either you are counting on KG and either PP or Ray on breaking legs or something. You had them pegged for 27 before the pierce injury? I would like to see the proof of that

Did you have half the team going on the D.L. last season too? Give me a break.

I'm going with 50 and 32. They'll start off the season playing .500 ball, and then as roles get defined, our core raotation develops and chemistry builds, they'll break out and play much better basketball.

I'm sticking with the 48 that I suggested last week.  I believe this is a transition season and is a year to gear up for a 2008-9 title run.  I am hopeful that they are cruising come playoff time and make noise in the East.

I'm very excited, but am keeping expectations and dreams in separate compartments.

58-24. They'll start off a little slow thinks to the ajustments of the big 3 has to go through, at that time I see them winning most of those games. There going to be lots of 5-7 game winning streaks and for defenses it'll be hard to stop them
Let's Go Celtics!!

?

they were a .500 team last year when pierce was healthy. rondo is older, perk is older, and KEVIN GARNETT AND RAY ALLEN. they will win 50-55 and be #2 seed behind chicago.

According to the WINS produced by KG, Paul, Ray, and Rondo we should win over 60.  And if we had Mutombo it'd be even higher.
