This reminds me a lot of '09 when Brady always went to Welker . . . the Jets have Welker mostly sewn up with Revis and suddenly the Pats can't move the ball.

Without the other receivers, especially the tight ends, involved, this offense is pretty average -- even with Tom Terrific.

PosImpos -- I agree that the Jets should win a defensive battle, which is what this is looking like right now.  But.. another nice defensive set for the Pats.

Pats are lucky the Jets aren't a very good offensive team as well as being a solid defense specially tailored to give their passing offense trouble (e.g. Ravens, Packers).

How are you all liking the Law Firm today?  He is getting all he can out of every time he touches the ball.

Very sad defense on that play ... four defenders alone and one receiver ... alone. Shouldn't happen ... horrible. The Patriots can not make it to the Super Bowl on offense alone ... no way. I know the injury situation, but I thought we were deeper than this. :P

That play may have saved the Pats 30+ points streak.  FG here?

It wasn't pretty, but I'll take the W.
BTW, was Brady limping off the field a bit?  He took a lot of hits in the game.
Celtics fan for life.

Yeah. Not a great game for the O-line in terms of pass protection, although I'm happy with what they were able to do for the run game.
