prime time Rondo, KG, PP, Bradley starting and bringing the def heat in place of RA when he was injured...

Rondo was absolutely unreal in that one loss and LeBron also played the best game I've ever seen in Game 6 against us.  Incredible series.

Simmons did not want any part of Morris.

Have to eject Morris -- right?

Nah, not for a shove.  That's probably a tech and that's it.

Embiid is extraordinarily good.  Sixers have a great future if he's healthy.

I love his talent but some games I do not love how he plays.  He sits in the mid post sometimes and it's like he's kind of stuck there.  Doesn't make an impact.

Yeah, his BBIQ is pretty suspect at times, which is understandable given how little he has played in his life.

Yeah that's true.  I think a great PG would help him get involved anywhere on the floor.  He hopefully learns how to make more of an impact off ball (I mean not for us, but I would like to see him do well as a guy who likes post play).

I like Simmons a lot but I still don't think he's really a true PG.  He can't get players involved or set up quite like that.  Maybe over time.

You're right.  I thought he threw a punch.

Lol is there any objective standard for what constitutes a "flagrant" foul anymore? I mean, it's legitimately all over the board in today's NBA. I've seen much less rough stuff being called flagrants.

I've said this before:  I don't like that it's a legit strategy to stick your face in the offensive player's jersey and then get the call when he hits you.  I appreciate that the NBA is trying to protect players from head injuries, but at some point players have to take some of that responsibility on themselves.  If you don't want to be hit in the face, don't put your face in a place where it's exceedingly likely to be hit.

Rant over.

Players should do whatever the refs allow.

I really like Theis, man.  This dude is making peanuts and we have him for another year and a half.  Very useful player.
