He looked very average to me. Not terrible but average. He did drop a great pass, when he was cutting to the rim, from Moore.

Dunno, but I'm guessing his D didn't cut it. Irving is pretty good. And he gobbled two up on O, which doesn't help.

Moore is solid. Perhaps not the most talented PG, but he's solid. Rather have him handle the ball than say, Ray Allen.

And learning. I assume the kid has always been a shooting guard.
Fair point. He's young and hasn't played that spot before. I wonder if he'd be quick enough to play like Ray. His release is a tad slow for the NBA level. Not that I've timed it or anything, it just looks more like Pierce's shot than Ray's.

Yeah, Moore looks like he's always going to be a spot up shooter, not really a guy you run off screens, and definitely not a pull up shooter; however, he's shown a couple times that he can post up smaller points and score from relatively close (kind of Andre Miller-like).

he wasn't given a hook. where did you come up with that conclusion? Avery and E'twaun share minutes.

I was just wondering because I saw he had made 2 shots and no turnovers, while Irving was 0-3.

So how do you all feel about JO back in the starting 5? Mixed emotion here.
I'd rather kg & bass start unless we are playing howard or another big center (marc gasol maybe).  Dont' go with a set starter at center.  Jermaine is adequate when healthy (when) as a starting center.  As a backup he is a very good backup.  As it is he doesn't play that many minutes when starting.

I think this team has to start spreading out the talent. Let Steamer and Pietrus start, which leaves Bass, JO, and Allen off the bench. We'd have the best bench in the league.
Steamer is pushing it now  8)
Pietrus starting might make our team better as a whole, I feel danny has made this years bench the THE deepest in the nba

Andy Varejao is so good at exposing our weakness inside.

Dunno, but he's brimful of confidence and a nat'chl shooter (finally, a wing a wing who can shoot!).

Hm. At the very least, this team looks *different* from the team that we saw the first 8 games, which is obviously a good thing.

Unfortunately, we don't seem to be quite there yet. Interior defense is weak, at the moment. Whether that's because we lack a legit center or because guys fail at their assignments, it needs to change.

Yeah, the team is better I think for 3 reasons. Pierce is back, KG is better, and the team is getting more used to each other.  This improvement has been without Rondo and with Ray missing a few too.  But I think you are correct that the real missing piece is at the 5.  Not sure how they can address this.

I'd assume that is why he was a 2nd round draft pick. Too short to play sg and very raw at pg. Sounds like Ainge just drafted Eddie House.

Wow. The Team in Green is doing a good job at impersonating Shelden "Jazzhands" Williams.
