Dear Doc,

When you get somebody down in sports, you can't let up , don't ever turn the pressure off for a minute.  THeir team didn't roll over because the you had the lead.  They kept playing .

When you got an opponent down, you don't let him back in the game, or let him get up .

You step on their throats and finish them off.

The offense was really poor in the fourth quarter. No penetration in the halfcourt. Everything was in front of the defense. Easy to defend.

Bad loss. Shouldn't lose a game when you are up 10-12 points with four minutes left. Choked.

Pierce played the entire 3rd quarter and I think Doc felt like the game was in hand.  Because of that he waited too long to put him back in the game at the end.  He didn't get back in until there was less than 4 minutes to go, but by then the momentum had swung way too much in Clevelands favor.  When your only healthy play maker only sees three and a half minutes in a quarter the offense is going to suffer.
