If The Lakers are just dumping Marc Gasol is it worth sending out Parker's non-guaranteed contract for him? I know we already have three centers but he fits the passing/ball movement model we are trying to set up here in Boston.

I like Gasol, but he's not beating out Horford and I don't want him to get in the way of RWIII's development. So it's either Kanter or Gasol as insurance -- you could argue either, but I'm not sure Gasol is worth rocking the boat. I'd rather have him than Edwards, but if we're going to beef up anywhere I'd rather it be with whatever we want to call the big wing position.
