I have always wanted these shoes since I was a kid. They are at least the greatest pair of Celtic Endorsed shoes.

  • There can only be one.
Those are . . .  sick.

[Edit.  Watch it with the allusions to profanity, please.]

Those are sick.  TP for the link.  I used to own a pair of pumps, thanks for giving me a moment of nostalgia.

I also used to own a pair of Xavier McDaniels: (though not in the same color of these)

Dave Cowens' felt-green Tigre's that he wore in the mid-70's were the coolest shoe ever worn by a Celtic - they were both unique and great looking.

back then, i had a pair of the low-cut green adidas worn by Havlicek and Russell, a pair of Charlie Scott green Nikes and some pro-keds like Jo Jo's that were black, not green. i was a teenager and i worshiped those guys.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

  • Law mercy!

I loved the Danny Ainge/Dennis Johnson Reeboks of the late 80's personally.  However, isn't it about time for a green shoe of the early 80's comeback?  Rondo has flirted with it the last couple of years.

I am no kind of shoe collector at all, but I did have (and kept) the Reebok Pump D-Times*, a pair of the black and white X-Man Xanthus shoes and some red ferrari Fila boots.

*Note that these were not shiny leather when originally released but a sort of velvety fabric.

I agree...best shoes ever.  They'll hang in my trophy cabinet.

I had a chance for Dee to sign them with a silver pen but decided against it because I didn't want to spoil the shoes, that's how much I liked them.  Don't even regret it.

Nike Shox Elite Jermaine O'neal 2004. Best playing shoe ever.

For some reason I can't get the picture to load.
