Do or die for the Suns….
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:
Quote
At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Suns have more made FTs than FGs.

17 made FTs (17-18). 16 made FGs (16-38 FGA).

The FT line is keeping them in the game right now.

The Suns have to be the most dysfunctional team in the playoffs. They got talent. They just do not work together as a unit. Everything is haphazard. No organization. Just try to out-talent the opponent. Play one-on-one and hero-ball your way to wins.

Durant, Booker, Beal and E Gordon have 54 of the Suns 64 points. I thought this was a bit strange and then I looked at the other 4 players in the Suns rotation = Nurkic, Eubanks, Bol Bol and Royce O'Neale. Not exactly a lot of offensive talent in that supporting group.

Definitely missing Grayson Allen.

Ouch. Durant, Booker and Beal all earn $50mil a year. Phoenix have $206mil on the books for next season already which is the highest payroll in the league.

They are about to get knocked out in the first round.

Glad we didn't trade Brown for Beal.
He has been a complete bust with the Suns between injuries and just ineffectiveness.

Jaden McDaniels has played great defense on Booker in this series. I think Jaden is probably the best quick wing defender in the league. In particular against ball-handlers and quicker perimeter defenders.

I like Anunoby more against strong wing players. More physical wings, big bodied wings, like a LeBron or Luka. Anunoby the best strong wing defender & McDaniels the best quick wing defender. They are the two best wing defenders in the league for me.

Getting hammered on the boards 45-26 and 13-5 offensive boards

I hate that some series are already starting on their Game 4's and we still haven't begun Game 3 yet. This was a mistake by the NBA. No more 2 day gaps PLEASE

They had a cool graphic on the screen during the game saying Anthony Edwards had tied Kevin Garnett for the most 30pt playoff games in T'Wolves history with 7.

Anthony Edwards has only played 14 career playoff games. So he has gone for 30pts in half of his playoff games thus far. Incredible.

Just a stupidly built team from a new owner trying to hotshot himself into a title. Time to piece it off and rebuild from the ground up.

Embiid 23 flagrant fouls in 489 games.
