The lack of a consistent effort vs teams like Orlando, Memphis, Phoenix, etc is just frustrating.

Nope. Kyrie should be quiet and plot his way out in free agency. He speaks up and people trash him - even when what he's saying is true. Lel Al or Gordon step up and try to lead this time for once.

what happened in the 1st half?

We were playing good till early in the 2nd, then they started missing and turning the ball over and as expected their defense deteriorated. they left shooters open at the 3 pt line by not closing out quick enough so Memphis shooting 7-13 from 3.
