I was feeling the pressure from Celtics2021 and gouki88 to do it in one, but any possible one guess answers I could think of were long shots, so I went the safe route.

Yesterday, Carmelo Anthony was a super easy link for me.

Haha.  I always go for the home run and try to get it in one.  Caused me to pretty much strike out with the Rose-Mobley game the other day, as I certainly could have gotten there in two, but I insisted on finding the Mobley teammate who played with Rose.  Would’ve been easy if I remembered that Rose spent half a season on the Cavs during the second LeBron era.  Oh well.

There were multiple answers today, and I feel I got the less obvious one.  I gave a little head slap to myself when I saw what another possibility was after finishing.

You always post these when it's still the previous day for me.  I'm in the Pacific time zone, so I think you're 17 hours ahead of me.  Prompted by you, I go to try out the new Wednesday puzzle, but I still getting Tuesday's (because it's still Tuesday for me).  Tried switching my VPN to Japan but that didn't help.  Then I changed the time on my PC, and voilĂ , I get Wednesday's puzzle.

Thought for sure I was going to get it on my first guess, but I whiffed.  2nd guess got it for me though.

"Yesterday's" puzzle I did the safe route and went Amare - Carmelo - Nurkic - Jokic.  Was blanking on who was on the Nuggets early in Jokic's career.

I wanted to say Jameer Nelson (thinking he made a pit stop on Amare's Knicks, but he never played for the Knicks.  Noticed they both played in Dallas in '14-'15 but were never on the roster together (as Jameer Nelson was traded off Dallas in December while Amare didn't sign with Dallas until February).  Wondering if the game would consider this a correct answer, changed my clock back and reloaded Tuesday's puzzle, and they did consider that a correct answer.

Definitely went a long way around with this one (and an unnecessary long and lucky way around after I looked it up).  Problem for me with Rondo, he has so many 1 year stints, it's hard to be sure of any of his teammates anywhere (if they were there before, after, or with Rondo).

Yesterday I thought for sure Otto Porter, Jr. would do the trick (thought he got traded to Chicago a couple of years earlier than he did, when Butler was still on the team).  Then nailed it with Markief Morris (who I'll always remember was on the Wizards due to a cool scene where he interrupts Kelly Olynk's Game 7 postgame interview to show his respect).
