Big Al with 40 and 18 along with 4 dimes and 3 steals against the Lakers.

Maybe it's time for a "Bring back Big Al" thread  ;D

You know it just dawned on me that if the Western  Conference seedings stay like this, we are looking at the prospect of a very ugly Clippers v. Rockets series with Howard and Jordan being fouled all game long. Eep!

Suns are awesome.  I enjoy watching them play; and Dragic should have been an all star.

I had a feeling Washginton would be decent this season, so I put them on LP. They're finally over .500 for the first time in 4 years. No surprise it coincides with Wall's best season. Obviously, with the help of other guys like Nene, Gortat, Beal and Ariza.

Washington are on a stretch where they've beaten Golden State, OKC, and Portland primarily because of some good defense. Funny how I thought Cleveland would be as good as them this season.

The moment they hired Mike Brown that's out the window.

Charlotte rolling Golden State 51-39 at the half.

Nice game so far from Big Al. Good to see  winning basketball in Charlotte, even if it is just for a half.

Since 2004, over 18 regular season games, the Dubs and the 'Cats are 9-9.

Fun fact: I first began rooting for Gerald Wallace when I realized that the Kobe/Fisher/Odom/Gasol/Bynum Lakers absolutely could not beat those S-Jax/Crash Bobcat teams.

We swept the season series with them the year they made the playoffs.

But talk about an island of misfit toys, though. Capt'n Jack, Crash, Tyrus Thomas, Tyson Chandler, Boris Diaw, Raymond Felton... with Larry Brown as the head coach.

Fun team.

The Clippers Heat game was pretty weird.

Blake Griffin scored 43 but took 34 shots.  Clippers took more than 40 free throws.  I get they are down two starters, but they played Dudley and Green off the bench for 18 and 11 mins respectively and that's it for bench play (pretty classic Doc I suppose).  5 points off the bench.  So Blake really did need to score.

Anyways, Jamal Crawford helps off Ray to lose the game.  So dumb.  How do you do that, really?
