If anything that's a foul on the defender. His face make contact with Brown's elbow because he's reaching in and thus not in a legal guarding position.

there was also the bad Bam travel that was obvious from the other side of the court.  Ban gets really good treatment for the refs.  time to clamp down on him defensively a bit.
