Doc should be fired. The trade for PG never made any sense. Clippers would be so much better with SGA next to Kawhi.

Well, Doc is only the coach, not the GM so that move should have no bearing on Doc (although I do agree that it is probably time to move on from him). Furthermore, Kawhi would not have signed with the Clippers if they didn't trade for George. You can try to argue that they would be better off with SGA and Gallinari, but I don't think you will get very far. They still have several years to figure it out.

Funny if that turned out to be akin to Boston-Nets trade, each of which involved Doc (leaving and staying).  Strange world. Especially if Kawhi and George opt out after next season.   Owner Balmer must be pretty unhappy right now. Couldn't even get into conf finals.

Just one more year to figure it out.

I think chemistry wise they'd be better off with just Kawhi and an excellent supporting cast.  So, what could they get for George and who could they trade with?

How about George for Wiggins and the #2 pick?

Warriors say no I guess...

The Clips aren't making that trade.  Kawhi forced the George trade to happen.  Unless there's been some falling out between them, he'd be very ticked off if they traded George.  The Clips are in a win now mode.  Whoever is taken at the #2 spot is unlikely to help them much immediately.  Wiggins is most certainly not excellent supporting cast material.

If I'm the Warriors, I'm definitely making that trade cause it would help them win now.   They won a championship with Barnes as their SF and George is much better than him.  Curry, Thompson, George and Green would be the best top 4 in the league.  They'd also be getting rid of Wiggins and his terrible contract which is a big plus.

Shame on them. That should never happen in the ECFs.

Clippers main problem (roster wise) is ball-hogging role players like Reggie Jackson and Marcus Morris. They damaged that team. Hurt their chemistry. Hurt their team offense - and I say team offense rather than individual offense / creation.

They need to replace those guys who are more inclined to getting their scoring within the flow of the team's offense rather than breaking the team's offense to get theirs.

They cannot afford role players like this while lacking superior level playmaking from either (1) their point guards, or, (2) their star wings [Kawhi, PG13], or, (3) their big men.

That should never happen in the playoffs. Esp in championship games.

I saw some writer criticising LAC for having the arrogance of some dynastic champion. Couldn't agree more. George, Morris and Beverley were acting like clowns, and their two 6MOTY candidates decided showing up wasn't worth the trouble.

I've had the laker game on for three minutes (if that) and four fouls have been called on the nuggets.

If only the Clippers had made it into the WCF. They'd give the Lakers a lot of trouble...

Scott Foster is really bringing it against the Nuggets!

Every Main Nugget is in foul trouble!

In all fairness, we were doing the same thing to the Heat in the first half of both games. Then we screwed them both up down the stretch.
