Against the NBA elite, in order of win:
Spurs - held to 94 points. Current average ppg 101.3
OKC - held to 89 points. Current average ppv 104.9
Toronto - held to 94 points. Current average ppg  112.1
GSW- held to 88 points. Current average ppg 115.6
Houston- held to 98 points. Current average ppg 115.2
Cleveland- held to 88 points. Current average ppg 109.9
Minny- held to 84 points. Current average ppg 107.8

Overall we have a league best holding teams to 97.9 ppg
Keep in mind we’ve also played more games than any other team in the nba up to his point.
To put it simply.. unbelievable

I agree, and this is what wins championships. One thing about the Celtics, we know how to grind out wins. This is exactly what's needed in the playoffs.

I am very confident for our chances in the playoffs
We play physical and defense , with good rebounding and ball movement, has clutch players and closer, knows how to comeback but also can blow teams out at the earlier quarter, and are very consistent that give effort all the time, all those thing prevail in playoffs

plus we have elite coach with plenty playoff experience, now has multiple tools for him to break certain teams down during 7 games

and our new medical staff seems to do their job better, too

They are saying the Cavs will flip the bottom and dominant come playoffs, it's partially true because Lebron will no longer coast, but don't forget during his consective final runs he had Wade an KI-two best big-time clutch player and the fact he can't win anything without them, so one can argue it's those two who really flip bottoms come playoff time, and now that guy is on our team

Now he only has Love-an inconsistent, soft, one way star and IT-who will be more of a mismatch for them come playoffs, and though they have a deep roster they don't have the coach to make most out of it, (Lebron can't do it, see last year)

The day is coming when he will try to flip that switch and it won't work.  No man beats father time.

Baynes deserves a lot of credit for the defense and the rebounding.  He's a tough Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. and I hope we keep him.
