Also, I've seen Embiid throw out his arm at the refs 3 times now without repercussion. He did get tech'd up earlier, but those three times, nothing.

Thought that wasn't allowed. Seen so many players get tech'd up for that.

Not Embiid though.

Embiid is getting a whole other level of service from the refs this year.

With Harden out injured and Giannis no longer the media darling because he stayed in Milwaukee, it was destined that the NBA would find someone else.

Well let's hope that in a year it two that type of focus on the next guy falls into Tatum.

Okay last thing about the reffing and how it's being treated;

Anyone else find it MIGHTY annoying that commentators have very clearly been ordered to use the verbiage "THOUGHT HE WAS" [fouled]?

Instead of "says he got fouled". Because "thought" implies they were wrong because they didn't get a foul.

Especially when they word it as [hit] instead of [fouled].

Scal was joking about a memo he got about not being allowed to acknowledge it when Ainge complained about the refs during the cast last game as well.

Pfff... okay, I'ma go calm down a bit.

Been pretty interesting watching Thybulle clamp Booker like this.  Book can't get anything against him. 

To his credit, though, he chose not to shoot his team out of the game and is instead playing facilitator/decoy.

And right after I type this, Booker puts the game away with a flurry in the last few minutes.

Yeah - this game is an onslaught. Hard fouls, tough play, some bad luck with elbows to faces etc.

And now a tie game with 6.2 to go after Rose fouling out and a Bogdanovic 3.

We kicked em too because they were without Ben Simmons.

I know maybe Ben is still overrated but tbf they are a different team when Ben plays...he just does a lot more than just score for them.

Our Cs arr having trouble against the Sixers this yr with or without Ben so until we can het healthy and prove that we are good enough..Sixers are still one of the favorites to come out of the east.

It's impressive. So when does Thibs get some serious consideration for COY? He turned the dumpster fire of a Knicks team into one of the hottest teams in the league this season.
