Favors is about 15-20lbs overweight to play PF position full time. All that extra weight is hurting his agility. Struggling with multiple effort plays. Looks gassed in transition.

Leave it to the Hawks to spoil the Piston renaissance.

Gobert blocks Ibaka's dunk attempt.

Gobert has at least 5 combined deflections & blocks in paint in first half alone.

Utah's spacing and passing is pretty bad with Favors and Gobert on the court together.

Gobert can't make a shot outside of 5 feet and doesn't look that versatile at scoring on cuts. Favors not looking for his jump-shot. All three Utah perimeter players struggling to get inside OKC's defense. OKC helping aggressively off of Favors & Gobert. Utah's perimeter guys not explosive enough athletically off the dribble. They have nobody like Westbrook who can bomb past his defender and get into the lane at will. Of Utah's 5 players, only Hayward is an above average passer relative to his position. Team passing is very poor. Lack of spacing, lack of dribble penetration, lack of passing.

Easy lineup to defend. Ball is always in front of a set defense. Mainly kept out on the perimeter far away from the basket. Leading to a lot of contested shots.

Gobert keeps blocking shots. Everytime OKC gets the ball in the paint, their players are looking around for where Gobert is. Intimidating even more shots than he is blocking.

Hayward has been great on offense for OKC. Constantly probing defense. Providing valuable extra ball-handling and playmaking from wing. Not to mention the shooting threat and scoring.

I like Exum out there for Utah. Gives them an extra passer. Should use him more as SG alongside Hayward when Favors and Gobert are out there.

Just want to point out that Courtney Lee is averaging 32 minutes, 11 points as a starter... and shooting 49%/49%/90%

Knicks getting booed by their own fans. Pretty loudly at that... What a mess that team is. Over/under on when Phil decides to bail?

Hornets by 45 at 3 qtr time. A record loss for the Knicks to go with their record losing streak?

I expected a brief honeymoon period in Dallas.  That might be over.  Stay tuned.

Rondo followed up his big "F-U" game by going 2-6 with 4 points, 1-13 with 2 points, 3-7 with 6 points (and 7 turnovers) and 1-11 with 2 points.

THey've lost 2 in a row.  Here's hoping they keep losing.  Would be nice to get another late lotto pick this year.

This is the thing that began to worry me looking at Rondo in Boston this season.  Players as smart as Rondo usually age well but his game has so many huge flaws that his ability to be Playoff Rondo could fall off quicker than we might expect.

Haha that's so Rondo. This might be starting a "crap-storm," but his consistent inconsistency begs the question: is he a highly inconsistent star player or just a really good role player who can break out occasionally for big games? I think it's a legitimate question, and the last couple of years point to the latter description.

They are 7-4 with him.  They were 19-8 without him.  I remain unconvinced he moves the needle much for them.

I find it funny noone failed to mention that Dallas won six in a row prior to that. Now they're on a little losing streak and people are piling up on him.  ::)

Was actually hoping for Dallas and as many other teams as possible to beat the Clippers to make that pick better.   Then get a good 2016 pick from Dallas when they fall apart trying to get another title with a 60yo Dirk.

Rondo,  not much has changed.   Solid starter, looks good occasionally next to 3 better players.

Meh ....Rondo does not make or break Mavs

Mavs live and die by the Dirk jumper.

Dirk gets injured ...no payoffs
