I expected a brief honeymoon period in Dallas.  That might be over.  Stay tuned.

Rondo followed up his big "F-U" game by going 2-6 with 4 points, 1-13 with 2 points, 3-7 with 6 points (and 7 turnovers) and 1-11 with 2 points.

THey've lost 2 in a row.  Here's hoping they keep losing.  Would be nice to get another late lotto pick this year.

Was actually hoping for Dallas and as many other teams as possible to beat the Clippers to make that pick better.   Then get a good 2016 pick from Dallas when they fall apart trying to get another title with a 60yo Dirk.

Rondo,  not much has changed.   Solid starter, looks good occasionally next to 3 better players.

Meh he looked good with the Celtics.....

Meh ....Rondo does not make or break Mavs

Mavs live and die by the Dirk jumper.

Dirk gets injured ...no payoffs

Right, Rondo was a good pickup for them, but it wasn't a glaring need for the team. They don't rebound well and Dirk CAN NOT guard the Blake Griffins and Ibakas in the West and he's been going through a shooting slump himself. They'll be a nice 2nd round exit at the most with the roster as it stands.

Also, I think if Chandler gets injured there's no hope.

Yup .....I'm with you....I loved Rondo....wanted to see him stay.......that said .......he can really on help Mavs so much ....but Dirk does the heavy lifting .....with his crazy fall  away threes ANY time they needs bucket ....history has shown when he is out ....the Mavs struggle to win against winning record teams ....without Dirk they are lucky to be a 500 team

Dirk is getting long in the tooth .....he is basically a tall guy who height allows him to still shoot like a young Ray Allen with out having to move or jump. ......

Sixers were looking for 2 in a row, but about to blow its lead to Indy.

Indy couldn't beat the Sixers down the stretch the way they beat the C's.  Sixers win 2 in a row.

People are strangely quiet about the Knicks' futility right now.

Hassan Whiteside on Miami is having a breakout game and he hasn't even blocked a shot yet. 12 points, 10 rebounds, 2 steals at the half in 12 minutes off the bench. Came in when the Heat were down 8-19 and dominated, will be interesting to see if he can keep it up.

I watched none of the game and only periodically checked the box score, but so much for the Eastern Conference showdown between the Hawks and the Wiz. Atlanta won 120-89 mostly due to a 33-12 4th quarter. No one scored 20, but 8 Hawks were in double figures, and Sefolosha had 9.

11     DR
2        ST
2        BS

I knew he was good after killing it in the D-League after his Kings period.
But nobody gave him a change all those years.

All those years that Boston needed a center but never a 10 day contract.
Too bad but happy for him.

It kills me that we didn't even gave him any interest. We are one of a few teams that DESPERATELY needed a Center, and as he was tearing it up on the D League, we didn't even gave him a glimpse.

Yeah, was thinking the same thing. And the way he called out Doc specifically in his post game interview for denying him a workout, he sounds like he's on a mission. Good for him.
