Frank the Tank is a RFA and he's a 7 footer who can shoot, never been on a good team.  If we dont sign a MAX guy, worth a shot for 5-6M?

I like him. Good competition for backup center alongside Robert Williams. Offensive minded center vs defensive minded center.

I haven't been impressed by Kaminsky as a PF but I still think he could have value as a center. Just not dynamic enough offensively to play against smaller quicker forwards. He can still create matchup issues for opponents as a center however.

if we sign Kemba we will only have the room exception and vet min deals to fill out our big man rotation. Paying him anything more than the vet min would mean that he's our best big, which I have no interest in.

If we don't go the max free agent route and instead try to fill out the team with depth, I would absolutely take a flyer on him.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I'd rather sign Vonleh.

I'd rather settle for Dwight Howard or Marcin Gortat, if they're still in this league.

The multi-million dollar question is....does he fit the Jays timeline?

Kaminsky is not only slow, and also considered an finesse player, but he's literally like a worse version of KO, minus the fact KO actually can play defense.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

KO is def better at this point, but also got paid 3x as much last year - while shooting a bit worse from 3.

We are likely going to need to take flyers on a couple lower end guys who may still have some upside, especially bigs. Vonleh could be an option.  Howard is another locker room cancer and Gortat is toast.

Gortat is not interested in Boston and is likely out of the league, per a source I met a couple of weeks ago who is close with Gortat.

Meanwhile, Dwight was hurt almost the entire year and is owed $5.6 million next season.  The Wizards would give him to us for free, gladly.

I can’t decide if you’re being facetious, but if not, Frank Kaminsky doesn’t do a [dang] thing to any timeline besides add depth at best.

I think he'd fit perfectly.

Cs just got rid of a crappy attitude guy in Kyrie. I don’t think they are going to add Howard to that mix after last year.
