I love the fact that WCS is a 7ftr who can pass, spread and defend.

How exactly does he spread?  He took two three point shots last year and made one of them.   Classic case of not looking in depth at a stat

Both seem to be non-Celtics by heart.
We need a center but WCS looks like he plays just for money, he didn't show much improvement to me in 4 years.

His market will be around 12-14 million per. Someone might pay up to 17mill - but I doubt it.

P.S He is restricted - he will take the biggest offer, so it's irrelevant if he "wants out"

Yes, that's true - but the point of the article being that he has asked the team not to extend him a qualifying offer. They still can, but that's kinda unusual.

That's not kind if unusual,  in fact it's what most teams do.  You don't give away an asset for nothing. You match especially if you have the cap space (and they do) and then if nothing else you trade him..
