Yes it is.  It's one of my favorite documentaries ever.  Morgan Spurlock is inventive and interesting.  I do feel however that he sometimes gets in his own way.  I wish he would include less about his wife (who annoys the hell out of me) and would tone down this whole "I'm gonna die from what I'm voluntarily doing" stuff (that was actually much more ridiculous and over the top in "where in the world is Osama Bin Laden" than it was in "Supersize me."  He actually was slowly dying in "Supersize me" which is the crazy thing.)

Anyway, 30 days is also an interesting and thought provoking program as well.  Overall, Supersize me was the best thing I've ever seen him do, and it changed my feeling forever about McDonalds (though I'm ashamed to say that I still love to go there every now and then.)

In the Netherlands you pay at least 2.50 euro [3.55 dollar] for a mcchicken or double cheese burger.

So i think twice before buying fast food. But if i was living in the US the choice for fast food would be much easier. That is also one off the reasons there more weight problems in de US then here in Europe. Fast food is cheap in comparison with Europe.

So no fast food junkie here ^^

Just one dollar will buy you crispy fried mayonaissy chickeny goodness. Just one lousy dollar will undo 15 mins of cardio work.

Stupid mcdonalds. I've been carrying reserve apples just in case.

That's the bad side of these prices. It's too tempting when your hungry. Because everybody is hungry a few times a day. And too make the hungry feeling go away all you need is a dollar!

So sometimes i'm glad the prices are high here!

Also my job makes it easier to stay away from fast food. I want to stay healthy so i can do he things that are expected from me without having too fear that my health decreases my changes when i'm in dangerous situations. And in my line of work i can encounter them a lot.

I couldn't help myself.

In attempt to help you get back on track, I spend most of my time on the Forums
The only change I would like to see is more participation on the non-basketball forums.  The other forums can get interesting, but sometimes they lack the traffic that the Celtics forum gets.  I especially enjoy the other forums during the off-season when the Celtics forum can be like beating the dead horse.
