Portland wouldn't do it.  Lillard is 2 years younger and under contract for 4 seasons after this one.  They wouldn't even consider it

I don't think either team does it. Lillard and Horford would take up a huge portion of our cap and limit our ability to go after multiple stars and free agency.

And for Portland, Isaiah becomes an older, smaller Lillard who is even a bigger liability on a defensive backcourt that already struggles.

I don't think either player moves the needle for either team, and probably hinders what each team is trying to do.
