Nobody wants Hayward. Guy has a huge deal and is damaged goods. Unfortunately Boston is stuck with him. Only hope is he can get close to form next season and then maybe they can move him.

It's most and maybe only important thing.

Hayward’s value is at it’s lowest, and Blake has been killing it. Why would Detroit do this? Unless we shipped out a crap tonne of picks alongside GH

Hayward is more valuable to us than any other team. There won't be any trade.

How about Hayward and a couple first rounders to Chicago for Jabari Parker and Robin Lopez? I know Hayward has negative value right now, however at least Chicago gets a couple picks out of it. Also, by the time Hayward's contract is close to expiring, they might start becoming good again, which will open up cap room for them.

For the Celts, they get a couple useful players for down the stretch and Parker could also be a chip in a trade this summer

This is a pretty brutal trade for us. Jabari Parker is an incredibly injury prone chucker, who passes and defends way worse than Hayward. Lopez is alright, but his rebounding has been really bad over the last 2 seasons and he is definitely not worth a first round pick.

The only one of these that isn't brutal is the Detroit one.

Mook is better than anyone we get in return from Miami, considering Whiteside is an absolute liability on offence. A guy that has less than 200 assists in over 300 games played has no place in CBS' offence.

If you think Hayward's contract is bad, then getting Mozgov literally makes no sense. He hasn't stepped on the court this season, and played 31 games last season.

Koufos is straight up garbage, and ZBo is a bottom 5 defender in the whole league.

Hayward's trade value is nil.   Also CBS would he go for this one?    I love how guys here think a player playing himself back from a terrific injury is a top asset that could get us Griffin.   How realistic is that?   Answer it is not even remotely realistic.

could do griffin and jackson for horford, morris, rozier, and brown as well.  If swap baynes for brown need to add pick likely.  Have jackson expiring towards AD in off season.  Detroit gets a reset with brown and horford plus 2 expirings.  C's get upgrade on horford(IMHO) and rozier and more defined roles for all.  Smart, jackson irving split G minutes, Tatum and hayward take SF and take some small ball PF as well, and then have big rotation of griffin, baynes, theis, williams.  More defined roles and 2 upgrades IMHO.

Here’s your first TP  for an interesting trade idea.

Mozgov is a 16 mill expiring that could be used in a davis trade.

Koufos and randolph are both expirings now which would allow for a tpe to be part of a trade with new orleans.

Players have value based on the money they are being paid.
