And imagine that. They get the go-ahead basket on an offensive rebound and put back, yet Williams was the only big out there? Not exactly sure what the F this coach is doing.

Must have learned from Brad

Dude waits until it's a two-possession game to put Timelord back in there when we needed interior defense and rebounding. Ugh, so frustrating, even if it's just summer ball lol It just doesn't make sense at all.

Lol now the coach puts Timelord out there  ::) Are you freaking kidding me? Good Lord, what a joke of a game this guy has had. Completely arbitrary decision-making.

This coaching staff philosophy is to go small. And yes, sometimes it's a good strategy to get some energy to make a run. But the coach has to be disciplined enough to go back to a traditional lineup during certain possessions.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Not a coincidence that our first loss was also Grant Williams' first bad game.

Still a fun couple of weeks.

Well, that was a god-awful ending to the game. Wasn't Edwards at the line with an opportunity to tie it like a minute ago? Yikes!

Anyway, we saw some good things from this team. Looking forward to the 'real' season!

Grant Williams is just too short to be a full-time PF in the NBA.

He's good, but the ceiling is not that high because of the lack of length.

Maybe Grant Will will be like PJ Tucker in the NBA.

Not bad at all.

You mean 22 y/o Brandon Clarke compared to 19 y/o Romeo Langford...who didn't even play?

Fans of other teams are saying the same thing about Edwards and Grant right now. Even though it's fun, it's just summer league.

He had an offgame

Someone else needed to step up

Waters had a pretty bad shooting night

1-10 from 3 pt line

Why no Timelord?

I don't know. Onuaka is killing us out there with his terrible hands and rebounding, but the coach is just sitting Timelord on the bench. Frustrating.
i guess this game was less about winning than seeing players in crucial situations. who can handle and who cant? we found out for onuaka and green.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Clarke was impressive today because he wasn't against legit NBA bigs.

Langford has a higher ceiling than Clarke.

Will Langford pan out, that's another story.

But overall Langford has a better chance of becoming a better pro than Clarke.
