just reading Spears who mentioned that both Karl and Bill Walker played well at the NBDL showcase....

i'd rather give him a look than trade for Reddick, for instance...

I like reddick more, he is still to deavelop, and i believe he will, especialy around guys like Ray and eddie and pp.
but i wouldn't trade giddens without giving the guy a proper chance(C-Billups,JJ etc)
what doesn't kill you makes you stronger

George Karl's son probably has a high basketball IQ. Also, the Celtics were interested in him after Summer League.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I like Coby Karl and I think he has a place in this league, but he isn't capable of cracking the C's rotation.

Some other team should pick him up though. Good end of the bench player.

I agree. But my first option would be to stay away from both.

No, but he's a helluva lot better defensively than Karl.

If he weren't George Karl's son no one would even know who this guy is.

Coby Karl? Really?

He's a D-Leaguer. We don't need unproven D-Leaguers. We need talented veterans who can score a little and play solid D.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.
