The Clips beating the Nets by 40 in the third quarter....

Stupid Nets.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

That's the bad news. The good news is as Kenny Smith just put it " That's a team that's packed it in even before the all star break". They have no discernible way to improve this summer unless they can miraculously move a couple of these guys. A season(next year) similar to the one the Knicks are having looks more and more possible by the day.

I could not even imagine the Nets beating the Clippers at this point .   Nets are so bad .

I would think we would want them to loose

No we want them to win since they're pick swapping with the Hawks this year, plus we get the Clippers pick, so we want them to lose

Well ....our pick won 't be worth anything ......then......cause Hawks will be picking near dead last .....

How does a stupid trade like that help us .....what a 30 th pick .......big deal .......

If you go look at the games before they start, ESPN displays the scoring average for each team's projected starters.  For the Lakers tonight vs the Spurs, here is what that looks like:

PG - Price - 5.4
SG - Ellington - 7.4
SF - Johnson - 9.4
PF - Davis - 7.9
C - Hill - 12.4

Wow that is ghastly

We don't have the Nets pick this year. The worse it is, the better because it puts them in a worse spot for next year when we do have their pick.

And now Toronto is ahead.  Still, Robert Covington and KJ McDaniels are both pretty decent players.  I am as surprised as anybody

Pau Gasol is great for Taj Gibson. Frees him up so much on offense. Gasol provides much more space for Gibson on offense than Noah does.

Simmons posted my favorite column of his... his annual trade value column:  http://grantland.com/features/2015-nba-trade-value-part-1/

In other NBA news... Rajon Rondo has yet to make a free throw this year.

Bucks-Pistons are on NBA TV right now with special guest Vin Baker. I had forgotten about him and now that the whole mess with him is over, it was nice to see him appearing normal and healthy. He was someone who I expected to read about at some point in the near future in the obituaries.

I think we're still paying him for two more years. :D
