Jackson and Van G have it right: We are not as talented and deep as we were last year.
Thats up to the coach to see that as well and keep a few starters on the floor at all times.

Balkman looks good -- nice defensive player with some offensive skills.  What did the Nuggets trade to NY to get him?
A pair of non-guaranteed contracts which NY waived a day or two later. Bobby Jones and Taureen Green I think. A salary dump.

I think the week is catching up to them and the bench was terrible. A Bonzi Wells would look nice.

Do the TNT announcers really need to talk about how great the Lakers are during a Celtics/Nuggets game?

I think its a new company policy.

I refuse to believe james posey is the difference between blowing teams out by 20-25 early in the season  last year and having to work hard this year.

and yet, we are at exactly the same recored as last year against far superior opponents to open the season.

part of it is missing james, but alot more of it is that teams are going to come out and try to kill us every game. last year teams were unsure what to think of us till later in the year.

also, i was kind of expecting the last two week to start catching up with us at some point. tomorrow is going to be killer.

In the big picture, it would be better for us to lose this game. We clearly have an entitlement syndrome and a loss is the kick in the ass we need to wake us up.

i think we have a bit more of "played the most games of any team in the league, 7 in the last 10 days" syndrome myself.

No Pruitt. Let's hope this run continues.

It'd be nice to have an energy type player beyond the regular rotation.

Scal doesn't bring that. Neither does O'Bryant. Nor Cassell.

Walker? Giddens? Pruitt? Could they bring that?

Time to reopen the give pruitt some run thread...  also would it kill for a little billy walker to see what he can do if things with out bench have been as bad as people say?
