Another crazy game, another heroic effort by The Captain, another victory!  An incredibly competitive 2nd half.  You have to be impressed with Atlanta...I shudder to think what they'll be like with Smith (or even Zaza)...

The Celts find a way to do it again.  8-1 start.  Same as last year.

Paul had another amazingly efficient game. 34 points on 14 shots! Kevin was his usual self. Rondo was great distributing the ball early but seemed to get lost late in the game. He needs to continue to attack the rim in the fourth quarter! It is certainly not a bad thing to run the offense through Pierce and KG but it'd keep them honest more often!

This game was an aberration. We won't shoot so poorly from 3 most games, they won't hit 60%. In particular Marvin Williams is a career 25.2% from three. He's young enough to improve but he's just hot to start the season. Likewise its also a different game with Smith and Zaza in the game. Weird game overall, but Atlanta looks like they'll be in the playoff picture for sure this year.
