As others have said, at this point, we'll take what we can get.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Dodged another bullet-we'll take it...
I hope the offense gets it together for Wednesday, though.

A nailbiter down to the final seconds against Minnesota, anybodys guess how the game against SA will go? :-X

That was the definition of a stolen win.

P.S. Nate Robinson is terrible.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Better then this one, Celtics always play down to the competition and get up for big games.

Don't forget that this is the second night of a back to back, which doesn't always fair well with the old guys. Good win.

Most annoying thing in the entire world?

Fun game.  Our play got a lot more decisive as the 4th quarter went on.  Gody with a terrible offensive performance but credit him with putting Love back in the box a bit (Shaq helped too; Love had a lot more problems getting around Shaq's box outs)

Harangody taking shots during crunch time when Pierce and Ray are both on the floor?

Terrible rookie mistake.

Id rather live with a ray or paul contested shot.

Down the stretch the only people shooting the ball should be KG/Paul/Ray, and Rondo if he can get straight to the hoop for a lay-up.

His 2-2 from the line late was MUCH better than the 0-2 the other night

Is that really a travel with the new rule?

My understanding is that you get a full 2 steps after you plant the foot off of a catch. Essentially, it is 2 1/2 steps which I thought he took. Really tough to evaluate without being trained in how to interpret rules.

I thought it was fine until i rewatched the replay once or twice. To me it looks like he catches the ball right on his first step and proceeds to take 2 more which makes for 3 steps- a travel. However IMO it is nigh impossible to see violations like those in realtime.

You get two full steps after you gather/control the ball. Ridnour takes 3, its very close but I watched the replay three times and it looked like the correct call to me.
