What makes anyone think that if Kyrie wants out of Boston he is going to help Boston out by doing a sign & trade? What motivates Kyrie to do that when he can simply sign with New York. If he is going to be a Knick long term, why would he want to help out a division rival? And unless Boston is dumping the Knicks a 1st rounder to do it(would never happen), why would New York want to do it?

Boston can pay him the most money. But I agree it's highly unlikely
No, Boston can't. Newish CBA rules are sign and trade contracts are now capped off as the same as signing with a team without Bird rights. All Kyrie can get is exactly what the Knicks can give him, a 4 year max with 5% annual raises.

Iirc At February DL

Rumor was that Detroit only apparently offered one first, and talks broke down over disagreements on pick protection.

Other rumor was that Utah only offered one, and Memphis didn’t think the single upcoming pick was high enough.

Weren’t both deals at one point reported as close, before talks broke down

Anyways.

He's pretty old (32 by the time next season starts) and has had quite an injury history. I'd rather not

Giving back the Memphis pick in such a scenario would be insane. Who is going to give up even close to what you are suggesting for him?
The only color that matters is GREEN

That'd leave you with Conley, Brown, Hayward, Tatum and Horford.   Could that get you 45 wins?

55-58 wins if they have a good bench
