If Okafor has a problem with all the losing, he should do something about it.

Change the things he can control. Improve his team defense so he can stop letting down his teammates. Improve his rebounding so he stops losing his team extra possessions. Improve his jump-shooting to provide better spacing and allow him to work off more spots on the floor. Improve his passing off the elbows so he can involve his teammates better and help them get the ball in more effective positions.

I don't want to hear about losing being difficult for him when he has so many problems in his own game and lets his teammates down in so many different areas.

exactly.  the last few losses before the LA win were all close games.  A possession here or there could have made the difference between winning and losing.  A healthy Noel, Wroten, and Marshall would also help, but Okafor could certainly make a difference as his teams best player.
