Trade Idea with Chicago

Chicago should absolutely be a seller.  They need to tank to get some real talent and they have a lot of very useful players. 

Charlotte - Lonzo, Beverley
Chicago - Westbrook, Rozier
Los Angeles - Hayward, DeRozan, Caruso

The Bulls then look to move Vucevic for draft capital.  So they build around LaVine and Rozier in the backcourt with White, Dosunmu, and Williams. "Tank" this year and look to the future.
