Baynes the starting 5.  Williams needs to show a LOT more before he can be considered starter material.  Needs to up his BBIQ a lot.  He will get more minutes with Horford gone though.

Baynes is a scrub and is just taking minutes away from young guys. I want to see fast breaks, blocks, and alley oops. I've no interest in seeing Baynes' "screens" and top of the key threes. Williams should start if we're having a youth movement.

Starting line up:

Smart
Brown
Hayward
Tatum
TIMELORD

That's a fun team to watch.

Definitely, if you think going 0-82 is fun.

Come on man I think that lineup would win at least one game

Probably. Baynes will start when he's healthy but he'll miss some games.

It's obviously spelled TimeLord. Why can't people get that right?

If we don’t have Kyrie or Al on the team next year and are primarily going with the youth? You bet your arse he better be starting and getting 25+ minutes a game. There’s no excuse at this point. He could be our long-term starting five, and there’s no better time to force feed minutes and spur development than now. Players of his size,’length, and athleticism don’t come around too often.

Probably look similar to the jump between rookie and soph years for Capela

No offense to the fans of TL, but I'm with you on the nickname.  It doesn't work.  It stinks and it sucks.
I'm not sure why, but it's just very forced sounding.  Or maybe it's that Robert is a very nice name in itself...

I just think it arose in the wrong way and has no feeling to it.   Let the players dub each other their nicknames...

No. He wasn't even ready to be a bench player last season. Why believe he can start next year?

What I want to see is for him to provide a steady 15-18mpg next season. Then the year after hopefully step up again and be ready for a starter's role.

But starting next season? Too much too soon.

Yeah, I expect his trajectory to be similar to Capela. Barely play in the rookie year, be a solid if unremarkable bench player in the second season, and then move on from there

Agree with Who.  I've never been onboard with forcefeeding minutes anyway.  How can someone sit here on June 19th and declare that Williams has already earned a starting role?  You haven't even seen if he has improved over the summer yet.  Actually the summer hasn't even begun yet.  Maybe this is why "TimeLord" is actually a good nickname.

If he is, then we're more screwed than I thought...
