Hmm ... Glen Rice never made the All-Star team while in Miami. And McAdoo did not count as an MVP for Boston Celtics. So only years where the player won the MVP count. So he is Buffalo Braves / LA Clippers only. Player must have won the MVP while with the Celtics.

Rice made 3 straight ASGs while with Charlotte (95-96 to 97-98). All 3 years he was there. Never made one with anyone else. Not Miami before or the Lakers afterwards.
