Motiejunas has had a couple of lovely passes. One out of the post. Two off the dribble on drives from the three point line. Plus a triple of his own from the corner.

Surprised at how effective he is off the dribble. I knew he could shoot and post up but I had no idea he could dribble the ball like that.

Did you read that Zach Lowe article on Morey/the Rockets the other day? Pretty good stuff.  Interesting to hear that, despite his talent, the Rockets staff is pretty anxious about how T-Robinson is going to fit in their system.  Motiejunas should have some time to showcase what he can do.

No, I didn't see that. I'll check that article out.

Lot of good stuff from Kelvin Sampson & Morey.  That team has a chance to be really special if they can find that second fiddle to Harden, which I don't doubt they will.

Is it just me or does Redick look even smaller in a Milwaukee Bucks uniform?

Redick is the same size as Jeremy Lin. Harden looks much bigger than Redick.

Probably worth its own thread, but I bet some people here cringed upon reading:

Quote
Morey has correctly noted that small-ball lineups tend to improve a team's offense and hurt the defense, though the gains on offense typically outweigh the vulnerabilities on D.

Combine them with the concern about Robinson fitting in having to do with his inability to shoot threes, and you have a GM who seems to like perimeter bigs and smallball.  Of course, unlike the Celtics, Houston wants to be an above-average offensive rebounding team, but I suppose some people will cringe at the report that the front office would like the team to play Chandler Parsons and Carlos Delfino at the 4 more often than the coaching staff wants to.

Yeah, Curry is going berserk in MSG.  38 through three quarters.  Warriors down by three though.

  • Be the posts you wish to see in the world.
Curry going crazy, Chandler going nuts with 16 and 24, Carmelo going slightly bipolar with 27.  Fun game.  Flipping back and forth with Rockets-Bucks.

EDIT:  Asik with 16 and 20 now too.

Incredible game going on between GSW and NYK right now.

- A one-man rebounding effort by Chandler
- In contrast, ever seen such a balanced rebounding effort than by GSW. At 6:39 in the 4th quarter, no Warrior has less than 3 rebs or more than 5
- Steph Curry is going HAM

Where would GS be if he was suspended tonight?

Keep in mind this is at MSG.

Curry hasn't sat one second yet.
