Pot, meet kettle.
I actually think he might have been including himself in saying that.
Same. He seemed to be talking about many guys and included himself.
That said, Rozier was 5th on the team in shots per 100 possessions, and was as close to Gordon Hayward at 7th as he was Morris at 4th, amongst guys in the rotation. He also shots 10% fewer shots per 100 possessions than last season.
yup
and Rozier is a "momentum" guy
he could start 3 for 9 but then hit the next 4 out of 5
he never really looked in rhythm this season..
And he's also the same player who played excellent at home and TERRIBLE on road in playoffs last year, when he had the consistent mins.. he's a vet now.. not a rookie
His playoff performance last year was still better than Kyrie’s this year.
exactly
all that trash talking (I'm guessing)
and at the end of the day, Rozier has the last laugh
Does he? I mean... Kyrie is still going to walk into a max deal this offseason. Rozier will be lucky if he gets Marcus Smart money.
Who cares
Melo got max contracts
And we all know how his career turned out
Rozier for now has the "I took a team further than you" trump card over Irving
If Irving says well I won a championship
The rebuttal is under Lebrons watch
This is silly.
You think Paul Pierce ever looks at his ring and says "this means so much less to me because I needed KG to get it?" Nah. You think Chris Bosh doesn't like his two rings because he needed Bron? Nah. And unless Rozier joins a team with a Lebron or prime KG type, Irving has a better shot at adding another ring to his collection than Rozier does of getting 1.
So much of this thread
