I feel like Mitchell had already probably given all that he had to give, but it sucks to see an injury have such a huge effect on the outcome of a game.

Props to CP3 though.  I don't like him, but he destroyed the Jazz tonight and respect is due.

CP3 finally reached to the Western Conference Finals for the first time in his life.

Probably to get swept by Golden State.

I got GSW Houston going 7 and it wouldn't surprise me to see Houston win it. Toss up between the two IMO.

Yeah, for me it's a toss up too. People are severely underrating Houston's talent because of previous mishaps

Agreed I was kidding on the last statement. Predicted GSW in 7 on the prediction thread. It better not be another cakewalk through the Conference Finals.

Zaza Pachulia will be ready to unleash his next dirty antics so Rockets will have to be wary.

I feel like PJ Tucker will take (violent) exception to any such antics

I think Houston is similar but not as good offensively, and much weaker defensively (GSW playoff-leading 99.4 DRtg).  Can't see it happening.  But hope you're right about a competitive series.  Boring to see GSW continue to coast.

I better see the same effort the Celtics give tomorrow like the Warriors are giving tonight in Game 5 at home.

Rajon Rondo another second-round exit. Shucks.

Credit to the Pels for fighting their way back.  Win or lose, no shame in being eliminated by GSW in 5.

Three teams are waiting in the Conference Finals, while Boston and Philadelphia still have to duke it out.

If only Boston did their job yesterday...

The Rondo part I just brought it up since he's had numerous second-round exits in the postseason. '09, '11, and now this year. Albeit rare ones.

Ahhh I see the pun  ;D right back at ya!

His team unfortunately just wasn't deep enough. Shades of the Big 3 with Doc Rivers in their twilight years.

Ah, okay. No problem :). Still love him, though :).

It wasn't just depth. New Orleans needs taller players, especially at the small forward position, moving forward, as their lack of size just killed them on da boards in this series, imo.
