Begarin in highlights looks like a stronger more aggressive Langford. If that holds true he could definitely be on the NBA roster.

SL can't come fast enough. Reeves, Davidson, Ryan, Begarin, Tervion, and Kabengele should be fun to watch. Not sure Hauser plays in it, he is likely there for support.
Definitely room for some hungry walk-in-off-the-street guys to get a SL spot.

I am most intrigued to see Davison and Kabengele.

and Reeves can shoot. Big odds against the young guy but I hope he rips it up in Summer League!

anyone know how to get the games booked for NBATV if you don't have NBATV?   the last 2 games have apparently been picked up by NBCSN so I can catch those.  would really like to see
- if Begarin looks better this year
- if Hauser can dominate in summer league since we just gave him a nice contract bump
- if Thomas looks strong in summer league - better at running offense and shooting
- if Davison looks like he has some promise or just a real reach
- if Reeves looks good as the local kid getting a shot

Man that was one tough screen. lol

His offense and rebounding look great, there were questions about his D. If he can be solid, might have our back up big. Hate to go into a Chip run with a rookie back up, but what can you do.

Ideally (among current choices) we give Williams and Javison two-ways, and send Bergarin back to Europe.

I’d be really surprised if that happens.  I expect both Davison and Begarin to get minimum contracts if they look at all deserving.  The tax difference between a minimum for those two and anyone else, including Williams, is about $3 million each.

JD Davison says he is going to be somewhere between a point guard and combo guard, saying whether he's on the ball or off the ball, he's gonna be a dog on both ends of the floor.

I love summer league. I think that it's a time of hope no matter what's going on with the team.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

In 2007, I fist bumped Doc Rivers at Summer League and said, now go get a big man...He said "we need one"---a few weeks later they traded for KG.  8)
