Carlos Alocen potential draft and stash in the late first

Reading about the draft I came across Carlos Alocen, he is a 19 year old Spanish PG who just signed a 5 year deal with Real Madrid. Basic break down, he is a 6-4 to 6'5 pass first PG with high end handles and passing ability. He is very much in the mold of Ricky Rubio. His current major red flag is his shooting but his shot doesn't look broken and in 2-3 years with improvement as a shooter he has the potential to be an NBA starting PG.
