KG's got to go up against a stretch 4, who is actually a threat from all over the floor(unlike sheed)in Troy Murphy. This should be an interesting matchup to watch tonight.

Stupid Doc saying he's going to make changes. After going to the Memphis game I swore off watching the c's for a while. Now that he says changes will happen he's piqued my interest and forced me to tune in.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Going to the game tonight with my brother who is visiting from Vermont.  Also my first game of the year.  Really hoping for a win, but my expectations have been tempered after the last few weeks of mediocre play.

Nice job FL - TP!

Since I don't know what to except from the C's anymore, a win would be great, really, whether it is a blowout, a close game, an ugly one, or a win on a buzzer beater.

TP FL and let's go C's.

The matchup I am waiting to see is Garnett vs Granger when Indiana shift Danny Granger to the four.

That will be a tough test for Garnett physically. Be interesting to see how well he does against Granger.

Keeping in mind that this is a team that was 5 minutes of good basketball removed from losing to the Wizards at home (and I'm still not forgetting the Nets debacle) I'll settle for an honest effort from the starting 5 + Sheed.

That will be ugly...Rashard Lewis blowing by KG for that layup earlier in the season comes to mind.  Just imagine that happening about 10 times.

The Pacer's might have the ugliest starting 5 in basketball...

That aside, I think this is a must-win for the Celtics.
Practice? Whatchu talkin about practice?

According to the Celtics.com preview, they listed the normal starting 5

Although if Doc was thinking of change, starting Nate and Sheed would definitely qualify.

If Doc thinks benching Ray,our best player since the ASB is the right move then he is plain wrong..and if anything Perk should be benched not KG,that could seriously hurt team chemistry.

In my opinion,Sheed should see limited minutes, due to his crappy play and lack of effort(terrible signing)..I feel safer with Sheldon in the game at least he can grab rebounds on both ends of the floor. If Sheed isnt in the post,he is as useless as they come.He will never take a charge,or make a good block..he commits lazy fouls when the opposing team is being aggressive.

I'd keep the same starting 5 and just change the minutes of Nate and Sheed..I would reduce Sheed's minutes drastically and increase Sheldons and Baby's and increase Nate's..Nate should be seeing 25 MPG.

Reporting for duty.  I don't think I've dreaded watching a C's game more than this one.  At least in a long, long time.

But hope springs eternal, and yeah I want our guys to rock it tonight!

I think Doc's got the right approach.  Tell 'Sheed he's gonna play 40 minutes a game until he starts posting up, rebounding and being extra polite to the refs.

This should be an interesting one.

I have absolutely no idea what Celtics team to expect tonight.

... so it *could* be an interesting one ;)

But yeh, nailed it there m8, I concur.

Just hope it's a good game. I just know I'm gonna fall asleep soon, while watching the game.

Let's hope I wake up to a double-u.
