Dallas Mavericks get: Terry Rozier

Boston Celtics get: Dennis Smith Jr. & Mavs 19 second round pick

Terry is currently going into restricted free agency and given several teams will have ample cap room, who knows what type of offer he will receive but if the Celtics trade for DSJ and are confident that Davis will become available in the offseason we would have a controlled asset who has possibly more potential to offer the Pelicans and the Mavs will get Rozier who is more of a complete player, better defensively and can play off ball next to Luka Doncic.

I think it is too much for Rozier and I don't know why the Mavs do it.
They want to trade DSJ because he needs to ball and can't play with Doncic and they will get Rozier who also needs to ball to be effective? And he is rfa?

No way this happens... I d be ecstatic if it did though...

Good trade for both teams if it's just Rozier for Smith Jr.
No need for the Mavs to add a pick.

But I don't think Smith Jr. would want to be a backup PG.

Celts better off getting Vucevic for Rozier.

Rozier can play off the ball.

There are times Brad has Kyrie and Rozier on the court at the same time.

DSJ has much higher value than Rozier. Better production, more potential, nearly 3 year age gap and cheaper
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

No he cannot. And that's why everybody is frustrated with his production this year.
