Not only should we all want Salvatore fired, Stern should want him fired too.  Thankfully, the C's are a better team than the Pistons.  But if that had not been the case, Stern could've been denied a much more interesting series if Detroit ended up beating the C's. 

Salvatore should be canned on the spot.  There was no reason for that call unless he's gambling on the games.

Pierce kept his composure after that atrocious call. That was a really good sign because I'm sure there are more to come.

A truly terrible performance by Salvatore, and maybe the worst call I have ever seen. He should at the very least be removed from the playoffs.

I guarantee you if that call had been made while I was on the bench, that would have been it for my night and I would have earned a well-deserved ejection.
