Loved the offensive foul on Rondo on the break.

The the biggest head-scratcher of the night, for me.

But to be fair, there were some no-calls that went our way, too. I thought the officiating was chaotic all around.

The Foul on Perk that lead to the "Back Court" call!

This was pretty inevitable, but I gotta give the C's major credit for keeping their composure, and just playing their game.  Great win.

Even without Wade scoring in the second quarter -- he was 0-for-3 -- the Heat had enough to close the half on a 18-9 spurt, taking a 49-48 lead, thanks in part to silly play by Rondo. He cost Boston a basket late in the half when, after flipping the ball to Allen on what was a 2-on-0 break, stopped to hipcheck Wade and send the Heat guard flying. It was Rondo's third foul, and Allen's dunk came off the board.

Interesting interpretation.

We overcame the fix, this only adds up to the greatness of Pierce's buzzer!

Game, set, match.

And yes, the refereeing was horrible.  My wife is a Philadelphian whose only allegiance to the Boston teams is through me, and she kept asking me all night, "why do the refs keep blowing calls?"

The league should take a look into that "takedown" move by jermaine on kg. That was a clear flagrant imo.

  • Rondo = Good

If it's not an elbow, the league office apparently doesn't care.  Cause you know, throwing somebody to the floor by their neck is not incredibly dangerous or anything.

That said, the way Jermaine has played in this series I'd say the league would be doing the Heat a favor by suspending him.  They'd be better off starting Haslem at center.
