I like to wrap bacon on almost every type of meat.

bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with spinach and cheese is one of my favs.
Scallops.
Steak topped with blue cheese and bacon.
Using bacon grease to fry eggs or make pancakes also eaten with bacon.
on any sandwich, goes well with avocado on sandwich or tuna.
In mashed potatoes.

etc. etc.
