Woah, there may be some changes to the Charlotte deal after all. Anyone know what “Rozier video” he is referring to?

Here’s the video. For the love of God I hope this doesn’t mean Rozier coming back.

Yeah, that would be a net negative for us. Hopefully it means a 3 team trade where we get something useful

Looks like full MLE. Kind of would’ve thought we’d go with Baynes instead, but I do like what TT brings to the table. I also hope this still allows plenty of time for Timelord’s development.

Now need some bench scoring. Who’s still out there?

Wow, that is big time! For the MLE I mean.

He provides a lot of what this team needs. Toughness, rebounding, defense. Strength and quickness.
Not really. Not a good shooter (from freethrow line or the field considering he shoots dunks and layups) and he's never averaged more than a block for his career. His DBPM and win shares have been abysmal as well.

I love how people will get excited for Tristan Thompson, but won't get excited for Myles Turner who fits the system infinitely better and is a much better player at 24 lol.

We are literally just saving face at this point.

If all that was consistent I'd be happy but his efforts have always been up and down. Still the team needed a big so there is that at least.

There’s been rumors about Clippers wanting him.

We got Tristan!  Now get Baynes next!
Awesome! I'd like to see us start both Theis and TT alongside Kemba, Jaylen and Jayson I think. He's a walking double-double and has improved his passing

This is really great!! A real center who plays defense, rebounds, is tough and is not ancient!!

I didn't think we really had a chance at him.

Thompson, the better rebounder and passer than Turner, at half the price as well, is a good signing. Using blocks and isolated metrics to try and determine how good he is on defence is, well, really foolish.

I reeeeeaaaalllyyy wonder if Danny is thinking of bringing IT back. Currently our guards are Kemba, Smart, Romeo, and Pritchard. Feel like we need another vet guard off the bench to solidify that. I’d support bring IT back off the bench!

DWS uses Defensive rating which uses individual defensive stops to quantify how good a defender is (blocks, steals, DREBs, and individuals FG made and FG%.) He's been bad subpar in all those categories for his entire career and it shows.

He may have the tools to a solid NBA defender, but currently and for the last 3+ years he's been substandard. So yeah not just using blocks, using Defensive Rating, DWS, and blocks because all those are reflective of a player's defensive acumen

Might I remind you he also shoots 60% from the FT line. Even if he rebounds there's no guarantees he even gets consistent minutes because quite honestly the fit isn't there for Brad's system
