Bass really sucks so of course he's played 11 minutes already, second most on the team.  Must be the intangibles.

Team's not playing defense.  One of those nights.

No signs of life... I wonder if there was even a 2-3 minute stretch that we played somewhat decent defense during this whole road trip!! ::)

Another thing about Bass, he never tries to stand in for a charge.  I think I've seen him take one charge and on that charge, he was wincing while it was occurring, more than you usually see.  That's what got me thinking that he's pretty soft.

Chicago is impressive. The intensity and energy they play with.

I am not sure there is any other team that plays at such a high level in terms of effort and focus on a regular basis as Chicago does and has done throughout Tom Thibodeau's tenure.

  • You say when......
How to beat the celtics...well, #1, they don't box out, #2, they shoot mostly jumpers and do not rebound their own shots, #3, keep sending your guys down low....the Celts D will NOT stay with their man...so someone will always be open in the paint......PP will play VERY loose , lazy D....

Excellent job by Bass helping off of Butler to help on Taj Gibson who had the mismatch in the post. Stopped the initial post up. Forced the pass out. Stopped the second post up with a deflection and forces a turnover.

Oooh, follows it up with a lovely baseline spin move out of the block against Luol Deng. And one. Three point play.

I love when the 4 and 5 stand next to each other at the 3 point line

And don't forget, they are without one of the league's best players
