The Houston Rockets have to be one of the teams that will be challenging for the title in the West.  They had a 22 game win streak last season that was ended by the Boston Celtics.  And, this season they have added Ron Artest who gives the Rockets their own Big Three of Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming, and Ron Artest.  They have also added 3 point specialist Brent Barry who gives them another dimension and spreads the floor for them.

Since they are still trying to find chemistry with their new pieces and have two major pieces out, we won't see what they can really do in this meeting, but they are a team to watch this season. 
Once again, expect to see the trend of the starters playing few minutes and the bench getting the bulk of the playing time.  Just as in the Cavs game, we will probably see our bench players on the floor against their starters at times.

Anyways, I'm glad it's on NBA-TV like that game with Philadelphia; I can actually watch the game then. Anyways, thanks for the preview!!

i checked the nba tv schedule and it didn't seem to be on there??

I may be wrong about it being on NBA TV.  Yesterday I did a search on my DTV schedule for Celtics and that game came up on NBA TV and today I just did the search again and it wasn't there.   Not sure if it will be on or not, but when I searched this time, it came up on DTV ch 751 league Pass.

Ohh nice little block by KG. Artest with 2 hard and unnecessary fouls took Pierce out of the game (neck/shoulder) and knocked Ray into the stands. Easy to see what kind of dimension he's really going to be bringing to the Rockets.. cheap and irritating

Heh, not quite. Tough matchup, what else can be said. I think he makes his job easier if he bulks up and pushes Yao off the block.

Yeah Redz it seems like Doc's willing to experiment with Walker in the 9th spot. The kid's probably got a solid spot in the rotation already.

So far the rotations have been: TA for Pierce, Powe for POB, Walker for TA, TA for KG? Or something. Grrr TMac picking up some Artest habits knocking over Walker on a cut with an elbow

i know; hes a real big man, picking a fight with the smallest guy on the celtics. these refs are ridiculous. Last night and tonight would be better games if the swallowed their whistles. amateurs.
I see the rockets as the less talented, evil version of the big three. this is when scal is useful. we slip him in the lineup to bust some heads.

15-4 on free throws, thats a bit of a discrepancy.
