Technical Computer Question

I've got quite the problem that i simply cannot figure out how to deal with, i' dont know if there's anyone here that might be able to help me or not but im basicly looking and asking everywhere i frequent for a solution.

Basicly im trying to forward a range of ports in my modem/router

6000-6009 and 7000

And i've tryed everything, i should have the propper static IP adress and everything should be in order on the router side of the equation but here's my problem.

When i visit:
www.canyouseeme.org or any Port checking services ive only ever been able to see port 7000 open for a short time but when i recheck later that port will be closed aswell and i've never been able to see any of the other ports be open.

If anyone has any expertise in this field.. please help me as this is annoying me to no end.
