CelticsHub alum Zach Lowe with a fun article about some of the most absurd events, plays, and people in recent NBA history.  Good read:

What are some of the things you'd add? Remember the rule is nobody's life should actually get damaged, just fun stuff.  Here are some of mine:

- Larry's left-handed game
- D-Rose in 2016 identifying the league's "superteams" as the Warriors and the Knicks
- Brandon Jennings unexpectedly showing up and getting on stage well after his pick on draft night
- Ron Artest asking for time off from the Pacers to promote his rap album.
- And of course the confetti game

It really was the Sixers season and entire Process in a nutshell.  Celebration before results.

There should be a Craig Sager wing, filled with all his suits (and KG's commentary) as well as the draft day fashion icons from throughout the years.  Just a few of the many candidates:

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

The Sixers confetti game is great.

How about Vivek Ranadive recommending his team play 4 men on defense.  It helps explain the King's incompetence and it's hilarious.

Ron Artest taking a job at Circuit City so he could get the employee discount.

Dennis Rodman becoming an important figure in U.S.-North Korea relations.

Actually, everything about Dennis Rodman.

I'd completely forgotten about that one!  TP

Oh man, one that I just remembered - then-Cav Ricky Davis' quote about them drafting LeBron: "I thought LeBron James was just going to be another addition to help me score"

I hadn't heard that, that's funny.

How about Delonte West and Lebron's' mom?

Agreed.

He deserves his own wing.

Ricky Davis shooting and missing at his own basket to get a triple double.

Paul Pierce wearing bandages around his jaw and head at a press conference to show he had a broken jaw after being tossed from a playoff game against Indiana.

Stan Van Gundy's press conference where he said Dwight Howard tried to get him fired only to have Howard come into the press conference and put his arm around Van Gundy and say how much he loved his coach.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
