No, for real this time: Iginla is a Bruin.  1 year, up to $6 million if he reaches games played and productivity bonuses.

He's definitely a good fit.

Iggy. I wouldn't believe this until the press conference. I follow all Boston sports Teams so I know how he spurned us last time.

This is kind of awesome.  This is what this team has really been missing for years...and I can just imagine how much they are going to rag on him in the lockerroom, after what he did at the trade deadline, and how they killed the Penguins in the playoffs.

For those more familiar with hockey than I what does he really have left in the tank?  He didnt look great in the penguins series, but to be fair not many penguins did
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Pretty simply, he is always healthy, and he always scores 30+ goals.  He is just insanely consistent.  He may not be what he was 4 years ago, but he is still a really good player.

I know felger is high on the move.  Did say he doesnt expect 30 goals out of him though just because of the way that Claude spreads around the minutes.  He is of the opinion that it is very difficult for a bruins player to put up big individual numbers in this system
